Although the study didn't examine specific methods for weight loss, prior studies conducted at Kaiser Permanente's Center for Health Research have demonstrated in force weight loss strategies. One recent work reported that diabetic patients who had nutritional counselling were roughly twice as likely to lose weightiness.
